STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS & PRIVACY POLICY

Focus M World Marketing Management is a company established under the laws of Emirate of Dubai, UAE. The following terms and conditions govern its business and services and by purchasing or using its services through this site www.expertsatexpo.com , you agree and bound by these terms and conditions, as follows:

You agree that the information sent to you about potential business contacts are for the sole purpose of your interest in exploring business with such potential contacts and that this is confidential contact information that is permitted to be maintained by you only and not to be disclosed to anyone outside your business entity.  
  1. Your consent -When you register on www.expertsatexpo.com website, you will be providing your company information and your interest in doing business with potential contacts; this information will be stored, for the purpose of serving your business interest, including but not limited to setting up B2B meetings. Sharing this Information may allow a Contact to market directly to you should they choose to do so. We specifically disclaim any responsibility or liability for the actions of such Contact (s). While we inform them that they are only permitted to communicate with you for the purposes of the specific business, we do not have any responsibility for the actions of the Contact (s), and the actions of the Contact (s) are not in our control. 
  1. You agree to share your information with Focus M World Marketing Management and the Potential business prospects (hereinafter referred to as the “Contact (s)”). From time to time, to provide you our services, as part of the offer, request information on Focus M World Marketing Management Contacts who wish to have B2B Meeting with you. 
  1. The payments are received on our site are via third party gateway such as PayPal, Stripe and the bank transfer. We do not ask for any information about credit/debit cards details and nor do we receive it, nor do we store it. We cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third-party sites from which you may have linked or been directed to our website.
  1. Communication & Marketing

If you have registered on Focus M World Marketing Management or its website, we will update you on our daily deals, news and special offers via e-mail, post or telephone, as we deem necessary and relevant, solely at our discretion. 

  1. Products & Services

We are providing a platform to register interest and facility to the interested customers to provide them with the details of the potential business Contact (s), their products / services details and offers by the Contact (s) and the facilitation of B2B meeting. The meetings will be online via mutually available meeting platforms. To offer this service, we research, connect and confirm the interest of potential contacts, to connect with you and to meet with you. We will make our best endeavors to list the best Potential business prospects having matching interests and, who have acquired the permitted standard and goodwill in the market.

Our service offer is to provide you with any 1 of the below options: 

  • 2 B2B meetings or
  • 3 B2B validated contacts or
  • 1 B2B meeting and 2 validated contacts

You agree that our service delivery is complete by delivering on any one of the above options. As we deliver our service, you have no right to claim refund and we are not liable to honor any refund requests.  

We will not be:

  • Responsible if the Contact is not available for a meeting on the days chosen by you. 
  • Party to the meetings and they will be held between you and the potential Contact (s), to protect the confidentiality of the businesses of meeting parties. 
  • Responsible for the outcome of the meeting
  • Responsible for the next steps from the meetings

Force majeure: Focus M World Marketing Management and its subsidiaries are not liable for any breach of obligations where there is hindrance or prevention from carrying out obligations by any cause outside their reasonable control, including but not limited to lightning, fire, flood, extreme or severe weather, strike, lock-out, labor dispute, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, failure of any telecommunications or computer system, compliance with any law, accident (or by any damage caused by any of such events), pandemic and all unforeseen events. 
  1. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and any dispute shall be resolved through the civil courts of Dubai Emirate.

  1. We/I, hereby acknowledge, confirm that We/I have read and understand the terms and conditions herein above and agree to the terms and conditions therein on this the date.
